We're an educational technology service company - we don't make a single product and sell it. Almost all our sales are "unearned inbound" leads, that come to us based on our reputation for ethics, expertise, and effectiveness.

We do release a fair bit of open source code, and we often reuse this code on multiple projects, so we in some ways we are an open-source company, but again, we don't look like a typical open source product or platform company.

We make money by earning it every day. On the plus, that means we are a profitable company, and have sustainable revenue. On the downside, it means we aren't on the "J-curve" for growth. On the upside, we don't have any investors pushing for fast growth, high-risk strategies.
