What we’re building
LeaderbookAI is the first Execution Intelligence platform designed for the private equity and enterprise sectors. We are building the "Datadog for Business"—a real-time observability layer that quantifies how leadership alignment and human capital performance directly impact EBITDA.

While most "People Analytics" tools focus on HR sentiment, we focus on Statistical Outcomes. We ingest operational signals to identify exactly where execution is stalling and provide leaders with a "Control Room" to fix it before it hits the bottom line.

Why now?
We are currently at a major inflection point. We are finalizing our first enterprise client, which will onboard several portfolio companies onto the platform simultaneously. We are looking for a Founding Engineer to own this architecture and lead us through this high-growth phase.
