We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Intern to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will need to be comfortable in a fast-pace environment working on a variety of projects. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills, gain hands-on experience in the field, and work on creating effective and scalable processes. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience in Operations, at a start up, or around AI.

Responsibilities:

• Build software and automation processes to enable scaling
• Fix communication barriers between departments
• Organize and maintain documentation supporting Operations and HR processes
• Support coordination of employee engagement activities
• Evaluate and improve workflows across design, engineering, and sales

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Are a creative problem solver and critical thinker
• Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities
• Authorized to work in United States
• Proven attention to detail through prior work or life experiences

Preferred:

• Previous internship experience
• Knowledge of operations planning or operations research
• Familiarity with AI/ML
• Senior or recent graduate
