Lava Cheese careers

Our product came to be when the two founders, Guðmundur and Jósep, were having grilled sandwiches. They were both picking on the delicious crispy cheese on the edge of their sandwiches and started wondering why that wasn't offered as a separate snack.

From there Lava Cheese was made. It tastes delicious, contains no carbohydrates and has a lot of protein. Lava Cheese has been an instant hit in its home country of Iceland and is now moving on to larger markets.
