We like our team members to reflect our values: -We are achievers -We strive for more -We simplify -We play on the side of the client Our team works both locally and remotely, we have people from Medellín, Bogota, Cali, USA, Buenos Aires, Germany, and Mexico.  We have a flexible schedule philosophy, where as long as our team strives for more, we won't police people's schedules. When we were at the office we had a few great ping pong and Mario Kart tournaments but since the quarantine, we do Online Happy Hours and online video games. Our team members have everything from a Cycling group to a Video games one. We encourage the growth and education of our team members, with a Study Group and Bookclub.
