KoruStay Enterprise is not a digital brochure. It is a frictionless, mobile-first web app (zero downloads required) that operates as a dynamic storefront. We provide a master "Zero-Trust Hierarchical Dashboard" that allows PMCs to control 250+ individual property guides globally from a single command centre, fully white-labelled to their brand. We solve the four "bleeding neck" problems that destroy PMC profit margins:

1. Crippling Labour Costs: PMCs pay staff to answer the same mundane guest questions 500 times a week. Our "Zero-Hallucination" AI Concierge handles 24/7 communications in 100+ languages, eliminating operational friction.
2. OTA Commission Bleed: PMCs lose 15-25% of revenue to Airbnb. Our proprietary SEO engine (KoruSignal) turns every guest interaction into a relevance pulse for Google, aggressively pushing the PMC’s direct booking site higher in search rankings.
3. Lost Upsell Revenue (currently only available in NZ coming to USA soon): We provide an automated commerce engine. On our WL Pro tier, PMCs can plug in their own Stripe account and pay 0% commission on all late check-outs and tours.
