Starting in the US$3bn UK market Konsileo is building a model that solves the perennial problem of balancing consistent customer experience, compliance and scalability in the industry.

Konsileo uses its technology platform to engage brokers and clients whilst reducing costs by 70%. The platform incorporates two interlocking components; a membership module to manage, motivate and nurture collaboration and a core insurance module to win business and streamline operational processes.This enables Konsileo to operate a membership model attracting brokers with flexible working and higher remuneration.

Konsileo is led by a CEO who ran the global customer digital program for a major insurer and a CTO who is an expert in identifying and building digital solutions in areas with high levels of tacit knowledge.
