• Execute recurring weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and analyses, delivering accurate, timely results.
• Improve and automate those recurring deliverables so the team spends less time producing reports and more time interpreting them.

• Drive research and analysis that powers our strategy, operational, financial, and business development decision-making
• Develop business plans, including gathering requirements for transformational projects within our new product line

• Manage a team of engineers with full accountability for their performance, growth, and wellbeing
• Own 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations — providing direct, constructive feedback that helps engineers grow

• Lead drafting and iteration of risk management policies and standards supporting the non-prime installment product, including:

Credit policy (eligibility, underwriting strategy, line assignment, and pricing inputs)
Fraud policy (identity theft, synthetic fraud, first-party fraud, and merchant abuse)
KYC / identity verification standards (CIP/KYC requirements, documentary verification requirements, third-party data use, and step-up verification)
Servicing and collections risk policy (hardship, restructures, settlements, and outbound communications)

• Set and own team priorities: determine what the team works on, in what order, and why; translate VP direction and Cloud Architect input into a clear, executable backlog
• Own sprint commitments and team capacity planning: accountable for what the team commits to and whether it ships
