Open positions for founding roles including Founding Engineer, Founding Growth, and Founding Multimedia Artist. We will be in person in Bangalore. Founding Engineer: - You can build great products. And I mean really BUILD! - You're not just a coder; you're a creator. You build products that make a difference. - You are a generalist, can wear multiple hats, want to continuously learn, and have a ton of energy. - You love to move quickly and ship iteratively to solve customer problems while acknowledging the explicit tradeoffs being made. You have a get-it-done mindset! - You're comfortable with ambiguity and extreme ownership - you love to take big ideas and execute them independently but can collaborate with the team and customers when needed. You are able to own large parts of the product and work without explicit direction. - You can directly interface with Kniru's users to gather feedback and improve our product. - You are a curious and independent thinker able to ask difficult questions and work through chaos to find clarity. - You are passionate about FinTech and Kniru's mission. - You have worked at a fast-moving startup before. (BONUS) - You have a deep understanding of AI with the ability to read, interpret, and implement the latest AI/ML research. (BONUS) Founding Multimedia Artist: - You love art, design, motion, and visual storytelling. - You are proficient in tools like Premier Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, other multimedia tools, and Figma with a deep understanding of motion, graphics, design, and animation principles. - You have a basic understanding of marketing, growth, and social media. (Or willingness to learn this quickly). - You are a generalist, can wear multiple hats, want to continuously learn, and have a ton of energy. - You have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in film and video production, motion graphics, motion design, and animation.
