We are a remote team. We will likely be this until we get to $5M ARR. We play a movie quiz using emojis every day in the morning in our slack general. We do a lot of huddles during the work day, which usually starts at 9-10 am and ends by 6-7 pm. Even though we are a startup today, we don't work on weekends, we have a liberal leave policy, and employee health insurance. Everyone who joins gets a high-powered fast laptop and a yubikey.
