Klauft is a company formed very recently in an effort to disrupt the aftermarket replacement parts industry by offering cost effective products and operational efficiency enhancing services. We are only at the beginning of our life cycle in our journey to change an industry. Because Klauft is formed very recently (1.5 months) , we don't have the resources, yet, to hire full time employees. It's me, the founder, some outside help from employees of a sister company and our future sales agents. We value characteristics of our potential employee more than his/her hard skills. We want to build a culture fostered by curious, courageous, resilient, collaborative team players.
