Kinovi’s proprietary Conformational Dynamics Electrotransduction (CODE) allows monitoring of conformational changes that occur when an analyte and its target interact. These measures are based on a quantum tunneling phenomenon that generates an electromagnetic signal capable of being captured via a specially purposed field-effect transductor. Proprietary methods allow for the stabilization of the biomolecule into nanodisks with little to no modification compared to their native structure. This allows for the target-analyte interaction to be captured in a time-resolved manner, with enough sensitivity to classify the interaction (allosteric/orthosteric), and even with the possibility of performing biased agonism studies.
