People at Kinnd

Our fully remote team came together through the pandemic to solve the shared challenge of loneliness. We have managed to build a meaningfully connected company culture albeit having members living in Toronto, Hamilton, Brazil, and Taiwan. We also 100% practice what we preach and hold space for everyone to share vulnerably about their lives so that we can not only be co-workers but friends. We also prioritize quality over quantity when it comes to meetings - limiting meetings but using the time we do have to both work productively and connect deeply.
