KEI specializes in providing owner’s representative services on public projects. We are certified as a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE/DBE) by over 30 agencies and authorities. We have provided our services on public projects totaling more than $16 billion in value. KEI is not a design firm with construction inspection as a minor component of a larger engineering practice.
