We aggregate and curate all the activities of people who work/contribute to DAOs by looking at their on-chain and off-chain activities. We quantify the activities and generate a reputation score.

Reputation is a hard problem because it means different things to different people. Reputation also is a combination of subjective and objective information. But we are working on interesting ideas to solve this problem. Reach out if you like to work on this problem.
