Full Stack Engineer - Head of Engineering (Co-Founder) Role Overview: As a Full Stack Engineer and co-founder, you will be pivotal in shaping Karibu’s technological direction. This role goes beyond coding—it's about building a vision. You'll work closely with the CEO and other team leaders to innovate, plan, and execute the development strategies that will propel Karibu forward. This position offers a unique blend of technical leadership, project management, and strategic input at the highest level. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the technical team in developing a scalable and secure platform, incorporating the latest in MLOps, DevSecOps, vector databases, and LLMs. * Drive the technical vision and direction of Karibu, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market needs. * Manage the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design through deployment and optimization. * Build and lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. * Collaborate with other co-founders to refine product offerings and strategize on entering new markets.
