We are building Kalmus Labs – an early-stage startup focused on creating next-generation educational and AI products. Our current team combines product vision, project management, business/legal expertise, and communications. We are now looking for strong technical and creative partners to join us in shaping the MVP and beyond. Minimum team needs right now: Full-stack Engineer (1) – ownership of core web platform and integrations. Frontend Engineer (1) – UI implementation, responsive layouts, component library. Product Designer (UI/UX) (1) – design system, user flows, prototyping. Alongside the core team: PM/Business/Legal/PR (strategy, communications) Junior Generalist / QA Engineer (assisting with frontend markup, regression testing, auth flows, payment integrations, release builds). Optimal setup moving forward (Seed → Series A): Tech Lead / Senior Full-stack (1) Backend Engineers (2) Frontend Engineers (2) Mobile Engineer (1) Product Designer (1) + Motion/Illustrator (1) DevOps / Infra (part-time) QA (1) Community / Content / Ads / PR (1) We are looking for candidates who are proactive, collaborative, and excited about working in an early-stage environment. Remote is fine, but we value clear communication and a strong sense of ownership.
