Join our product development team at KAI Conversations, where we are revolutionising conversation analysis using facial, text, and tonal Artificial Intelligence (AI). Established 3 years ago, with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, we are now working with 12 of the top 20 companies in the industry in all geographies, have trials moving to roll out with the NHS and are establishing a footprint in the US. Our platform is truly global supporting clients in local languages across all continents.

Conversations may be sales campaigns, coaching, medical education, or doctor-patient discussions, via video or audio recordings. We have built a platform for high capacity processing of these conversations streamed directly from Microsoft Teams and other applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in natural language understanding and visual emotion analysis. Users can analyse insights and recommendations through our portal and management teams can make strategic decisions with aggregated reporting. Our emotion analysis capabilities are patent pending.

As a young and dynamic team, we operate virtually. Regular London-based face-to-face meetings foster important working relationships in our fast-paced environment.

Our environment is hosted primarily within AWS making extensive use of the serverless, security and rapid scaling capabilities of that environment. We follow a structured SDLC and have a robust deployment pipeline based around Git and Jira management suite. Our primary coding languages are Typescript, vue.js, Python and c#.

We are looking to recruit a Mid to Senior Full Stack Developer on a contract or a permanent basis to take a leading role in the existing development/data science team of 6, supporting our Lead Architect. You will need to support more junior members of the team, continue to enhance our standards and SDLC, as well as deliver code to an exceptional standard.
