Given a job description, JyMob's Machine Learning technology comes up with a dynamic, *relevant* and solid test for it in real time. Interested candidates take this test online and if the hiring committee thinks the candidate is a good match, further interview commences.

Companies place the intuitive "Show off Your Skills" badge (a simple HTML link) next to the (boring) job descriptions. Candidates click on the badge and get the test. Simple. It's a win-win situation for both!
