Our vision is to empower local mothers in our communities to work on their own terms so that they can build self-confidence and experience to remain competitive in the marketplace without sacrifice to their children and families. We believe Jugglr has the potential to disrupt the labour market for mums, to create fully flexible, on-demand, relevant job opportunities for them to continue to work during the early years of motherhood and to empower them to close the gender pay gap in one generation. We are inspired by the opportunity to unlock the untapped potential of women with children in our society and create strong and independent female role models for our daughters. We intend to do so by creating new ways to support mums' careers through the gig economy. Empowering local mums to work, for us means creating meaningful and relevant jobs that they can do on their own terms - doing what they love, when they can whilst still caring for the needs of their children and families.
