- Eliminate unnecessary systems and social stigma of traditional brokerages
- Provide transaction and communication support wherever possible.

Why did we start FMR? In the real estate industry the high failure rate of agents is due to:
- Lack of comprehensive agent training
- Lack of support and availability for agents
- Lack of technology for the agents

We aim to close the gap of the 87% failure rate of real estate sales professionals.
