Sherlock believes that access to a sound currency and functioning financial system should be a basic human right. Sherlock’s mission is to make crypto applications safe to use for everyone. However, over $1Bn worth of tokens has been lost to hackers in 2021 alone. Smart contract audits are a good start, but it’s not enough. Sherlock’s model goes a step further and repays protocols when a hack occurs. Sherlock is currently in a guarded launch with a $30M protection fund, and will soon open up the launch in Q2 2022. Sherlock already has an initial cohort of happy, paying customers which includes protocols backed by Paradigm and Framework.
