• Build a payments and servicing model to position for broader adoption of the Pursuit Bond as a financing vehicle
• Develop a potentially self-sustaining, replicable model ensuring successful payment rates and superior experience of Pursuit Bond

• Establish new and deep relationships with philanthropists and other high networth individuals, with a goal of achieving $1-2M in funding.
• Leverage networking, relationship mapping, and relationship building to secure net new funds from individual stakeholders.

• Define and implement the process and leverage the full Pursuit network to maintain high (>80%) confidence in jobs data
• Partner with Employers and Pursuit staff to redefine and roll out new behavioral / technical mock interview standards, job readiness, and returning advance assessment criteria

• Assume project and product management ownership across the investment management lifecycle including fundraising campaigns, due diligence, strategic management, and investor reporting across Pursuit.org and Pursuit PBC.

Promote and describe Pursuit’s long-term vision and strategy, value proposition, and investment opportunity to stakeholders, investors, and funders
Coordinate and work closely with all internal and external partners, and advisors (financial, legal) to drive transactions and projects to close

• Share your knowledge and love of technology with a class of adult learners by leading technical instruction via lectures, activity-based learning workshops, code reviews, and projects.
• Work with our existing robust curriculum and contribute to additional course content by providing feedback, ideas, improvements, activities, and additional assets.

• Establish new partnerships with philanthropic entities and other partners, estimated $250,000 to $1,000,000+ per opportunity
• Leverage a consultative sales approach, relationship mapping, and building to gain alignment from multiple stakeholders to secure partnerships and funds.
