People at Jobsight360
I bring over three decades of construction and software experience, blending field knowledge with deep technical expertise. I built JobSight360 from the ground up after seeing firsthand how industrial and heavy civil companies struggle with estimating, execution, and risk management. My role today is part architect, part builder: I design the data model, write the code (C#, Blazor Server on Azure), and guide the product vision. Team Dynamics & Leadership Style I run lean, preferring a “Lego system” approach: modular, clear responsibilities, and no wasted complexity. I value transparency and honesty—whether in code reviews, investor talks, or field feedback. People who work with me describe the environment as demanding but rewarding: high expectations paired with respect for real-world constraints. A Personal Glimpse I started in construction in the late ’80s, working in pipeline and industrial projects before moving into software. Outside of work, I’m practical and straightforward—more interested in fixing what’s broken than talking around it. I see JobSight360 not just as software, but as a chance to help an industry plagued by overruns and failures find a more predictable path forward.
