3. Focused on career skills (in addition to job skills): In India, we have traditionally over-indexed on job skills and not paid adequate attention to career skills. Job skills are required but equally important are career skills. For example, knowing Python is a job skill, knowing how to problem solve and write an algorithm is a career skill. We focus on giving job skills as well as career skills.

Our customers are young graduates. Ideal customers for us are those who are still pursuing their graduation but we also hear from those who have graduated several years back and are now desperate to land a job.
