The People You’ll spend a lot of time deep in the code, but this role isn’t just about engineering. We want a creative strategist at heart. Someone who solves problems in the shower and goes to sleep thinking about how we can take Jobbatical to the next level. As Jobbatical’s Growth Engineer, you’ll work hard, but it’s not all about the work. You’ll have autonomy and decision-making power, but you’ll also have a 42-person international team from 16 different countries at your back, supporting you every step of the way.
