JanusHermes fills that gap with natural-language AI search, Golden Visa program filtering across 20+ active residency-by-investment jurisdictions, 3D interactive property visualization, OECD and World Bank-backed country investment scoring, and a verified agent marketplace connecting buyers with vetted local partners.

Built as a bootstrapped solo-founder venture, we serve investors across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with active agent partnerships in Turkey, Spain, Portugal, UAE, and expanding markets.

Our stack combines React, Node.js, PostgreSQL on AWS, and Claude AI powering the intelligence layer for property analysis, market research, and multilingual content generation.
