At J&R Services, our GOAL is to create a WIN-WIN situation to candidates and employers by creating an authentic connection between them.

HOW DO WE DO THAT?
Firstly, we help entry and mid-level candidates to achieve their career dream by sharing job opportunities from different companies for them to browse and apply. Then, we assist in the application process (resume, cover letter writing, and consultation) for a particular post. We believe, everyone is unique and talented but it needs an expert to present someone's uniqueness and abilities on the paper. ( It's just very sad that most employers rely on these papers(resume) to get good employees. And not all good employees are writers. It needs a good writer to present him/herself well on the paper. Others are just not good at that. )
We simply write our candidates' uniqueness and abilities on the paper for them to meet with the RIGHT EMPLOYERS.

Then we create a Company's profile presenting the company's culture of our customers for candidates to go through it and understand how is it like working for that company before applying for the job.
