When a reservation is confirmed at a short term rental, a link to the It's Borrowed platform travels through Airbnb, Hostfully, email or text to the upcoming guest. The download is deeplinked into the Hosts inventory and the guest chooses their desired items to include in their stay. The host doesn't need to buy any items unit the request comes in so no need to have inventory in advance. ROI is high, as most items are paid off in 10 rentals or less.
