• Partner with Program Management and Engineering to define and implement product assurance requirements, quality standards, verification criteria, and hardware acceptance processes.
• Provide quality engineering oversight throughout hardware development, manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, and delivery.

• End to end ownership of FSW subsystem – from requirements through verification and real time operations
• Architect, develop and maintain production-quality C code for embedded spacecraft flight software applications within the NASA cFS framework, implementing rigorous unit-level testing to ensure reliability of flight-critical systems.

• Develop production procedures/processes and manage the transition of components and module assemblies from development to production.
• Document and provide resolution to non-conformances and collaborate with the quality team to implement root cause corrective actions.

• Develop, implement, train and oversee reliability test strategies for product and the subcomponents of the product to maximize space life and eliminate early life failures.
• Design and execute novel environmental, RF, and electrical testing techniques tailored to the product and its functions.

• Define test requirements, environmental conditions, instrumentation, and equipment needed to verify vehicle, subsystem, and component performance.
• Develop, review, and execute test plans, procedures, and verification documentation for flight hardware, subsystems, and integrated systems.

• Serve as the company's technical design authority and systems subject matter expert for a series of spacecraft, satellites/buses, and component-level space flight hardware
• Establish vehicle performance requirements, spacecraft architecture, and configurations, and assess vehicle readiness level

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Flight Software, Ground Software, Mission Operations Software, Automated Test & Verification, and Simulation/Integration.
• Drive architecture, development, integration, and deployment of mission-critical software for lunar landers, spacecraft, and satellite platforms.

• Take ownership, lead, and coordinate: Requirements, V&V planning, Technical Budgets, Interfaces, Configuration Management, system-level analysis, trade studies, Risk Management, FDIR, failure, fault, and system reliability management through the entire life cycle of a spacecraft development program
