ISBIT is a blockchain powered currency exchange and payment platform that offers three main products: immediate payment service, international payments with low cost and virtual asset exchange market with good rate. We allow México to have new, better, faster and secure payment methods. We use blockchain technology to make these transactions, this process allows us to reduce cost and time. International payments have a high cost and take time to be settled, also they demand high security. These payments take at least three days to be credited, the cost is mainly caused by inefficiencies on the intermediaries’ clearing and settlement processes. Mexico is the 14th largest economy, it has more than 40 trade agreements all over the world, and is now the Fintech leader in Latin America. Mexico’s trade finance accounts to 800 billion USD per year and last year, the dollar volume for remittances from US to Mexico reached an all-time high of 28 billion USD. This is a lot of money flowing through stretch channels controlled by monopolies. That is why, entering to this market was hard, however, now we have a completely different view with the new Mexican Fintech Law that allows companies like ISBIT to operate, having full legal certainty, with banks and other financial institutions. Now, these institutions can offer, sell, and buy virtual assets to its customers through a platform like ISBIT.
