INYN (I Need You Need) careers

I Need You Need is the Economy of You, a barter and trade-focused post/reply iOS app that allows users to generate and respond to 'Need' and 'Offer' posts. An INYN user creates a post for any item or service he/she needs or would like to offer the public. The posts are then sent to a database and searchable by other users; a user that views a 'need' post and believes he/she can fulfill this need responds to the post with their terms, which starts the bartering process. A user that views an 'offer' post and wants to pursue the offer responds to the post with their terms, which again starts the bartering process. 
Users build profiles as they continually add and update 'needs' and 'offers.' The end result is an 'Economy of You,' a platform which allows for both requests and offers, and promotes trade while allowing for monetary terms and in-app semi-anonymous bartering.
