inXsol is an established 20 year old small business firm with a few SaaS successes generating revenue, a track record to win SBIR R&D grants and a reputable portfolio of projects and Fortune 500 clients. We have a mature partnership with a dedicated offshore team which simplifies and makes us highly scalable for commercial projects. With our roots in aerospace and defense we see an enormous near term opportunity in the Space, Technology and Government Defense sector which requires scaling up a US based citizen staff to capture and grow. The 2018 Consolidated Appropriations Act authorized billions to be spent in the next two years for defense modernization, readiness and training. Government contracting is undergoing a forced overhaul, large defense contractors are in need of qualified small businesses to meet quotas, Other Transaction Authority (OTA) are giving the DoD and the military services a work around for the traditional acquisition process facilitating work direct to small businesses. The DoD branches are experimenting with ways to be agile - “Shark Tank” like pitch sessions are popping up (Air Force) and projects funded on the spot. The 2018 National Defense Strategy sets the direction to: Decentralize to lowest level, Digitize all facets of work and to Develop the workforce. inXsol has the past performance portfolio and is currently also a subcontractor on a Navy project.
