Culture and benefits at Invictus Prep

At Invictus Prep, we value our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds. Our counselors have training in a wide variety of specialities, but with one thing in common: a passion for helping students succeed in their journeys. We strive to ensure that our specialists are matched with compatible clients and scheduling, with the number of students and hours variable to the needs of our team. Our work is remote, with scheduling taking place between clients and specialists. We have a monthly meeting led by our CEO, Liza to update our team, address any ideas or concerns, and discuss any upcoming changes. To add to our counselors' experience working with high schoolers, many of our team also have active careers in STEM, education, and the arts and humanities - backgrounds that enrich our ability to equip our multi-talented students.
