Interview Screener careers

At Interview Screener, we are building the future of hiring.

Recruiting is traditionally slow and repetitive. Hiring managers and recruiters spend hours sorting through resumes and conducting introductory phone screens. This manual process takes up valuable time, is prone to bias, and often lets great candidates slip through the cracks.

We solve this by building AI-powered hiring software that makes screening instant, objective, and highly accurate. Our platform automatically screens applicants, evaluates their skills, and highlights the absolute best matches for your team. By automating the early stages of recruiting, we help companies cut their time-to-hire in half and ensure they focus their energy only on top-tier talent.

We are a fast-growing team of developers, designers, and HR tech innovators passionate about making hiring fairer and smarter for everyone.
