Our focus is largely around the sale and processing of products that dealer sell in their Finance and Insurance office that is known in the industry as the F&I Office - hence our brand name F&I Express. We started in 2008 and have grown our company to one of the leading technology companies who provide F&I technology to dealers. In fact, we were just recently named a winner of the Dealer Choice award for how well our product solves problems for our dealer customers. We are a small company with big relationships as customers. The company was founded by Brian Reed who has a great track record of building companies that solve market problems with technology. Cox Automotive is a minority owner in the company. Cox Automotive owns comapnies such as AutoTrader and Kelly Blue Book and just announced its intention to purchase DealerTrack for $4 billion. We work hard, we have fun, and we provide great service.
