Intellecy has developed a smart water management system. The system is composed of a whole-home water sensor, smart water manager (hub), smartphone app and motorized water valve controller. The sensor is mounted on the main water supply line inside the home. The system continually monitors for any water flowing into the home. It provides homeowners real-time water use to prevent water waste and surprisingly high water bills. The system also monitors for water leaks. If a leak occurs the use can turn off their water directly from the app by activating the water valve controller.
The user can set conservation goals and track their progress all on the app. When a leak is detected, an alert is sent to the homeowner via the app, text, and email.
