Today, given the massive competition in the e-commerce marketplaces in India, there is zero margin for error as an SME seller. Given the complex nature of data and the ever-changing dynamics in the marketplaces, it is very difficult for SME sellers to make fully informed and timely decisions given the limited exposure and the tech solutions that are available to them. The available tech solutions today are all unidimensional (i.e., they do not take ALL aspects of the e-commerce business into consideration) and only cater to the bigger brands/sellers. This results in MSME sellers making very costly mistakes and facing leakages in the system, due to which a lot many e-commerce sellers are forced to either abandon marketplace sales altogether or scale down their operations considerably. We, at Insigro Solutions Pvt Ltd, are looking to provide a solution to this problem by coming up with a MSME-focussed Saas-based end-to-end tech solution that will provide a comprehensive solution, taking all the activities involved in the e-commerce marketplaces into consideration. Given the experience of the founding team, as sellers, consultants to other sellers and as business managers within the e-commerce marketplaces, we are well positioned to successfully bring to market these solutions, which are sorely needed by all the sellers today. We are currently looking for a few Senior Software Engineers – Azure Data Integration, to join our team as the 1st set of employees and to join our journey towards becoming one of the biggest b2b e-commerce companies in the country. Being among the first few employees in the company, you would have the opportunity to chart the course of the development process, right from designing the minimum viable product to launching the finished solution.
