The Orion A150 is an affordable Industrial 3D printer for high performance polymers. This is an FFF printer that meets the needs of industries like Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Oil and Gas and more. Designers, engineers and manufacturers can now afford to use 3D printing to go beyond prototypes and be able to produce high strength, high temperature, engineering grade functional parts.
Unlike low cost 3D printers that can only print in low strength materials like ABS and PLA, the A150 can print with PC, ULTEM, PEEK, PAEK, PEKK, PSU, PPSF and many others. Some of these materials could only be printed on machines that cost over $100,000USD or are otherwise not available. The A150 makes these materials available to everyone with a price affordable enough for startups and small manufacturers.
