• Technical Leadership and Oversight

Oversee the development and maintenance of Customer Technology mobile apps, web apps, SDKs, APIs, databases, third-party integrations, schemas, documentation, and engineering standards.
Ensure robustness, scalability, and reliability of existing and new systems.
Collaborate with technical leaders and engineers to define and refine the team’s technical roadmap.

• Translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies for assigned co-brand card programs, with scope ranging across acquisition and customer engagement
• Synthesize consumer trends, marketplace reviews, customer insights, and marketing best practices to build and deliver high-impact marketing

• Project Management for New Program Launches: Act as the project lead for new program launches, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution from deal to launch.

• Strategic Partnership Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our partner brand, including senior executives, marketing teams, and operational leaders
Collaborate with our partners to develop and execute a strategic vision for the credit card program, aligning with their business objectives

• Technical Leadership and Oversight

Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for the lending platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices
Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance systems for both co-branded credit and non-card lending products
Code some of the more complex parts of the system and, by example, create a center of coding excellence in the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, risk, compliance, and operations, to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery of the platform

• Design, test, launch, and validate your solutions
• Champion a culture of user-centered design and craft

• 2-4 years of consultative professional experience (e.g. consulting, professional services, or account management).
• Ability to lead large groups of people to meet critical goals, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

Oversee the development and maintenance of the core ledger platform, ensuring robustness, scalability, and reliability.
Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and incorporate relevant innovations to enhance the platform's capabilities.
Collaborate with the architect to define and refine the platform's technical roadmap.
