We are an early stage drinks startup that makes the only alcohol-free drinks - with a buzz. Featured on Metro, NBC, Northern Echo and others within weeks since we started early 2021. We are a small team set for rapid growth in the coming year looking to dominate the fastest growing drink segment with a unique alcohol alternative. We love drinking here at Impossibrew, but hate painstaking hangovers and all the nasties that come with alcohol. We tried a lot of alcohol alternatives, and even though some tasted great, we always felt like something was missing - the feeling of drinking. Inspired by an ancient text written by a Japanese Monk in 1211 AD - the Kissa Yojoki, our team of plant scientists have created a true alternative to alcohol using functional plants known for relaxation, stress and anxiety-relief.
