iManageRent is disrupting the $3 billion small to medium sized real estate property management market place. Over the last 5 years we have developed a SAAS solution to address the entire property management life cycle, from filling vacancies and automating lease provisions to managing building service issues. We allow landlords/property managers to interact & transact with their tenants and service providers by connecting them online. Today we have over 5,000 units under management. With an operational service in place, we are now ready to scale. As the CEO, I would like to add a partner to my business to help us grow. As the Chief Revenue Co-Founder, you will focus on generating rapid revenue growth. You will create a high-performing sales and marketing plan and personally manage its implementation while working closely with me so we can delight our customers. You should have experience in enterprise B2B & B2C SaaS Sales and Marketing (both traditional and digital) and a proven track record of establishing and maintaining a successful marketing and sales program. This role requires strong financial analytical, modeling, writing, direct sales and software skills. You will test demand generation, selling, growth hacking, etc., to measure success and failure. As a leader you need to know when, where, and how to make the critical decisions required for success. I am looking for an entrepreneurial partner, not an employee.
