Work at Ichizenn Ichizenn（一禅堂）is an independent digital platform creating modern web experiences inspired by Japanese fortune-telling, language and cultural traditions. Working with Ichizenn means contributing directly to real products such as Koi Mikuji, our online love-fortune experience, as well as digital Omikuji services, Kanji-learning resources and other original cultural tools. Because we are a small, focused project, each collaborator has the opportunity to influence the complete user experience. Depending on the role, responsibilities may include product planning, UI/UX design, visual content, cultural research, editorial work, front-end implementation, testing and ongoing product improvement. We value people who can work independently while communicating clearly. Our working style is remote-first and primarily asynchronous, with meetings arranged only when discussion or a shared decision is genuinely useful. Progress, reliability and thoughtful execution are more important than unnecessary formality.
