Founder & Independent Web Creator

Ichizenn（⼀禅堂）is an independent digital platform based in Japan, creating accessible web experiences inspired by Japanese fortune-telling, language and cultural traditions.

Our flagship product, Koi Mikuji（恋みくじ）, reimagines the traditional Japanese love-fortune experience for the digital age. Designed for mobile and desktop users, it offers daily romantic fortunes and situation-specific guidance for people experiencing unrequited love, reconciliation, uncertainty, waiting for a reply and other meaningful moments in relationships.

Rather than simply reproducing traditional visual motifs, Koi Mikuji translates the anticipation, reflection and emotional resonance of drawing an omikuji into a modern interactive experience. Clear typography, thoughtful spacing and a simple user journey allow each message to remain at the center of the experience.

Ichizenn also develops a general online Omikuji service, an animated Kanji stroke-order reference and a growing collection of quotations and words of wisdom. These products share a common purpose: making Japanese culture and language approachable through useful, carefully designed digital experiences.

The platform is independently developed and operated in Japan. It is currently supported through digital advertising, with plans to expand its original tools and interactive content over time.
