i-Laps Ltd is looking for a committed and enthusiastic product manager to help us on our mission of empowering users to improve their health, wellbeing and sport performances. The successful candidate will have experience of working with teams to deliver digital products and services in an agile environment. Supporting the Product lead and design and development teams in delivering a cohesive product and a world class user experience is vitally important. They will become a vital part of the team based in London offices, working directly with the founder to shape the product in its early stages of market release. Key tasks • Ensuring the development team has everything they need to deliver on the company’s strategic goals • Capturing user requirements in the form of clear, actionable user-stories • Monitoring and analysing KPIs and other metrics for live products and feeding lessons learned back into product development process • Clearly communicating product plans, benefits and results to a wide range of audiences both internal and external • Influencing up, down and sideways Preferred Experience • Passionate about great design and user experience • Experience as a Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment • Experience with the release cycle of digital apps through app stores • Understanding of client/server based digital app deployment • Proficient at generating high quality documentation including user stories, use cases, flow diagrams and wire-frames • Experience in the digital health sector and/or cycling • Highly organised with high attention to detail • Independent with a high degree of self-motivation • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Able to balance a large workload and prioritise effectively • High level technical understanding of modern software architecture • Some understanding of the JavaScript programming language
