• A strategic systems leader, who builds, not just architects. You think in terms of architecture, data flow, and business outcomes, and you happen to be skilled in Salesforce
• You’ve owned interconnected business systems ecosystems end-to-end, not just administered individual tools, but understood how they fit together and where data flows break down.

You default to Salesforce as the system of record and instinctively think about how data should flow between systems before building anything.

• You are a technically strong engineer who genuinely enjoys working with customers — translating their requirements into working solutions, not just handing off specs to someone else.
• You can read a customer's existing vendor risk workflow, identify where Hyperproof fits, and build the integrations and configurations that make it real.

• Design, build, and ship first-party risk management features including risk register, inherent and residual risk scoring, and risk lifecycle workflows.
• Develop and extend control testing and monitoring capabilities — automated evidence checks, test cadence scheduling, and pass/fail logic tied to compliance outcomes.

• Develop and design engaging user experiences using TypeScript and React, Java, C#; Go experience is also valuable.
• Design backend components, including REST APIs, queueing, storage systems, security layers (role-based access control, encryption), and more.

• You'll provide unified executive leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to a globally distributed organization of platform architects, product managers, and software engineers.
• You'll define and lead the technical roadmap for Hyperproof’s enterprise platform and AI engineering capabilities, ensuring absolute synchronization with overarching corporate strategy, security standards, and governance expectations.

• Develop and execute DevOps strategy tailored to all Hyperproof regions, including our FedRAMP-authorized environments.
• Own and evolve our Terraform/Terragrunt IaC pipeline for multi-subscription promotion, including continuous monitoring
