Culture is the foundation of any business. It's a mistake to solely focus on revenue and forecasts and not bring culture to the same level of impact. Therefore, we are focused on creating an engineering team that loves what they do, learns what they don't know, is not afraid to make mistakes, and has fun! Even though we're a small startup, we don't believe in working unnecessary hours to meet deadlines. Rather, we're focused on optimizing the work in front of us and finding the right balance between "good enough" and "maintainable."
