Hydra careers

Hydra is a startup studio founded in 2016 by Nicolás Bistolfi and Martín Giura. Hydra builds successful early stage companies in Latin America, by working on three pillars: entrepreneurs, ideas and investors. The goal is to find the key components of each project and replicate them in order to ensure massive success.

Martín and Nicolás have a track record of working with startups. In 2010 they built woOw, one of the most important e-commerce sites in Uruguay. Even today, woOw is still the Uruguayan company that has achieved the fastest growth. What has resonated most about woOw's success is not just the traction or number of current employees, it is that the founding team was able to introduce e-commerce into a market where it previously didn't exist.
