Humi also provides Humigos with the opportunity to use Work-From-Anywhere Weeks, which are designed to give you the flexibility to work in locations in different time zones around the world for up to 4 weeks in a year.

Taking time off from work is vital to recharging. Here at Humi, you’ll get 3 weeks of paid vacation (which jumps to 4 weeks after 2 years), and unlimited personal days to take care of personal, family, wellness, or home matters.

Professional development
We believe in continuous learning. With a growth mindset and commitment to investing in developing your skills, Humigos get a $500 professional development allowance each fiscal year along with 3 days of paid time off for PD.
Longer weekends
Say “goodbye” to waiting for the next long weekend. Every Friday, our business hours end at 1:00 PM your local time. We believe the extra time gives Humigos what they need to come into every Monday feeling great about the week.
