We collect HR data straight from organisations in all sectors and use that to provide reliable market analysis so that organisations can benchmark themselves against others, safely and confidentially. We cover all the HR topics under one roof: Reward, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Engagement, Talent, Learning & Development, HR Efficiency, Benefits and Pay Gaps.

We're an early-stage start-up, trying to bring solid data to the HR world! We've had extraordinary initial success and our product proposition, and message has resonated very strongly within businesses of all sizes. The existing client base includes many household names across multiple sectors (think Ikea, DHL, EDF Energy, M&S,..). Over time the business will grow through both selling to more companies of all sizes in the UK and internationally, and selling premium add-on products to existing users.
